Coco Hair Goes to San Diego for Eufora Vision Quest 2025
This May, Connie and members of the Coco Hair team had the incredible opportunity to travel to San Diego, California, to take part in the Eufora Vision Quest 2025 event. The two-day wellness-inspired retreat was designed to support personal growth and professional development for salon professionals, and it proved to be a truly memorable and enriching experience.
A Unique Blend of Wellness and Learning
Vision Quest was held at the stunning Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina, bringing together stylists, salon owners, and educators from across the globe. It was a unique few days filled with inspiring talks, hands-on workshops, and wellness sessions — all designed to reignite creativity and purpose in our industry.
The programme touched on everything from mindfulness and wellbeing to leadership and salon business. The atmosphere throughout was positive, energising, and full of connection. Our team came back feeling recharged, focused, and excited to put their new ideas into practice.
Inspirational Speakers and Workshops
The retreat welcomed inspiring speakers like Marcus Buckingham, a leading voice on leadership and performance, and Cory Muscara, a mindfulness coach and former monk. Their talks gave everyone plenty to think about — from recognising personal strengths to embracing change and finding balance in work and life.
Alongside the keynotes, there were a variety of breakout workshops to suit different roles and interests. Topics ranged from business know-how behind the chair to wellness routines and creative inspiration. The whole event had a strong sense of connection, support, and shared purpose.
Our Team’s Experience
From the minute we found out we were going, to packing our bags and heading to the airport, the whole team was buzzing! It truly was an amazing trip and shows us even more than ever how important it is for the team to be able to have these opportunities to learn more and develop their skills - both in the salon and around the world!

The team also had time to relax and connect with other professionals at Beauty Under the Stars, a special evening celebration under the Southern California sky. It was a chance to unwind, recharge, and soak up the experience of being part of something much bigger than day-to-day salon life.
