Cancellation Policy


Regrettably due to the sheer volume of non-arrivals and last minute cancellations which cost our salon hundreds of pounds per month, affects our stylist’s wages and could affect the price of our regular clientele’s visits, we sadly have had to put a deposit scheme in place

Non-Refundable Deposits

To secure an appointment, a non-refundable deposit will be required at the time of booking. The amount will depend on the requested treatment. Deposits range from £10.00 to a £100.00.  

Please give at least 48 hours’ notice should you wish to cancel an appointment as a courtesy to both our Stylists and other clients who are on the cancellation list.  

Giving notice will help us to re-schedule your treatment to a more convenient time and your deposit will not be lost. 

Continually Missed Appointments

Clients who have previously missed 3 or more appointments will politely be asked to pay 100% of their requested treatment. We completely understand that things can happen at the last minute and can assure you that we will always be understanding and sympathetic in certain circumstances.

If however, you have an issue or complaint, we will consult with you in order to find the appropriate resolution. We promise to offer free hairdressing to you until the issue is resolved. 

You will be referred to the salon manager immediately – it is our policy that our managers deal with any complaints. If you return within 7 day of the original date we will gladly offer a complete haircut or colour free of charge. 

It is completely normal for a guest’s cut or colour to be carried out every 4 weeks. Therefore, once 3 weeks has passed you will be charged as per normal. 

Please remember that we welcome complaints. It is important for you to inform us if you are not 100% happy with your hair at any stage.
