Deposits

Regrettably due to the sheer volume of non-arrivals and last minute cancellations which cost our salon hundreds of pounds per month, affects our stylist’s wages and could affect the price of our regular clientele’s visits, we sadly have had to put a deposit scheme in place

Non-Refundable Deposits

To secure an appointment, a non-refundable deposit will be required at the time of booking. The amount will depend on the requested treatment. Deposits range from £10.00 to a £100.00.  

Please give at least 48 hours’ notice should you wish to cancel an appointment as a courtesy to both our Stylists and other clients who are on the cancellation list.  

Giving notice will help us to re-schedule your treatment to a more convenient time and your deposit will not be lost. 

Continually Missed Appointments

Clients who have previously missed 3 or more appointments will politely be asked to pay 100% of their requested treatment. We completely understand that things can happen at the last minute and can assure you that we will always be understanding and sympathetic in certain circumstances.

If you are not completely happy with your hair, please let us know as soon as possible so we can put things right.

We will always take the time to understand your concerns and invite you back into the salon for a consultation. Our priority is to correct and refine your cut or colour, and we will carry out any necessary adjustments with care until you are happy with the result.

All concerns are handled by a member of our management team to ensure they are resolved properly. We kindly ask that you contact us within 7 days of your original appointment so we can make any corrections promptly.

After this period, appointments will be charged as normal in line with our service timings.

Your feedback is always welcome, and we genuinely appreciate the opportunity to resolve anything that does not feel quite right.

Please remember that we welcome complaints. It is important for you to inform us if you are not 100% happy with your hair at any stage.
